David Thomas Baker » Blog » Another batch of fish Babies (angel fish)

Within 12 hours of placing another heater in my tropical fresh water tank, we had two batches of babies.

1st batch was at about 1am from a pair of Mollies (couldn't sleep, and ended up spending the night catching live babies and putting them in a protective container).Click here

2nd batch was at lunch time the same day, the Angel fish were acting rather strange, it was because a pair of them were laying eggs on the fish pump. About 100 eggs! Getting rather protective over them

wow

Will now have to work out a way to keep the baby mollies, baby angel fish, and the parents away from eachother... thinking a big bit of mesh from spotlight and a coathanger.

Posting photos and video of angel fish having babies shortly...
